If we are unable to substitute an item for you, it will be removed from your order and the cost will be deducted. Your order may be changed up until the point of dispatch. If you need to contact us about changing your order, you should ideally do so before it is dispatched.
Any changes to your order made after dispatch will need to go through our returns process. Whilst we will always to do our best to fulfil all items in an order, there may be times we are unable to supply orders in which a large quantity of a given item has been selected. In this case, we will aim to deliver as many of such a product as can be deemed reasonable and you will only be charged for as many as get delivered.
Acceptance of Orders
A purchase contract for us to supply you with products is only created when the order is placed, paid and dispatched to your desired address. We reserve the right to refuse any orders without reason up until the point at which it is dispatched.
